After you have indicated your preferred timings, we will try to group your child
with other students according to similar aptitude and level. This can be gauged
by the results of the Placement Test and from a brief assessment where
an academic supervisor goes through a lesson with your child on a one-to-one basis.
2. What if I miss one lesson off the fixed schedule? Will my fees for that lesson be refunded
or will there be a make up lesson?
Except for the first month, prepaid School fees are non-refundable. If you have given at least
24 hours of notice of cancellation via email, our Parents Care Team will help to schedule another
lesson with another class. This is however subjected to availability. Usually though, our dedicated
tutor will make arrangements to meet up with the student for a short private session to cover the
lesson the student had missed.
3. What computer hardware and software do I need to enroll my child in your Math program?
Unlike other programs, you do not need to install any complicated software in order to access
our user-friendly virtual classroom. All you need is a computer < 6 years old with an internet connection speed of at least 56k(although we recommend a broadband/cable connection)
to login to the classroom from our website. You will also need a headset so that tutors and students can
communicate verbally. See the 3 headsets below that we sourced for you at a 50% subsidized price.
In addition, if you wish to have a smoother drawing/writing input method instead of the mouse,
you can attach a free-hand drawing tablet.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
To make it as convenient for you as possible, we currently accept online credit card payments via Mastercard,
Visa and Amex. We accept USD and UK pound and Singapore Dollars. World Pay, a division of the Royal Bank of
Scotland, carries out all payment transactions on our secured server.
In addition, monthly payments can be a hassle-free process, as Worldpay will automatically deduct the program fees
at the end of each month. You can choose to opt out of this deduction scheme at anytime.
